aG Resources is looking for an FP&A Analyst from the Real Estate sector for our reputable client.

Location: Jeddah & Riyadh - KSA

Contract: 6 Months Extendable

***We are looking for candidates with Transferrable Iqama and are immediate joiners.

Job Objective:

As an FP&A Analyst with a focus on real estate, you will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate financial modeling, and market trends, and the ability to provide insights that drive informed business decisions. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure the financial health and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for real estate projects, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and investment returns.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting process, providing key insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Forecasting and Analysis:
  • Monitor and analyze real estate market trends, assessing potential impacts on the company's financial performance.
  • Prepare regular financial forecasts and variance analyses to identify key drivers of financial results.
  • Reporting and Presentation:
  • Generate and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, financial trends, and potential areas of concern.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to compile and present financial information for board meetings and investor presentations.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the real estate development team to assess project feasibility, evaluate financial returns, and contribute to investment decision-making.
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis and Special Projects:
  • Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by senior management.
  • Provide financial support for strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or professional finance qualification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate finance principles and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial planning software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
