Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Architect, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical). Certification in Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) or Project Management Institute - Scheduling Professional (PMI - SP). Minimum of 6- 8 years' experience Prepares internal weekly and monthly planning report for project team and higher management. Coordinates with the Cost Control and Construction in the calculation and updating of the Company's productivity rates (manpower and equipment). Studies contract documents to become fully knowledgeable of project scope, specifications and constraints. Prepares preliminary tender schedules and manpower histograms in coordination with Business Development. Prepares the Baseline schedule, manpower schedule in coordination with all functions. Visits sites as needed to monitor the actual progress of work done and update the schedule. Revises the logic (if required) of the remaining planned activities in coordination with the construction team in order to maintain an accurate schedule. Prepares client report and internal reports on a weekly and monthly basis. Prepares revised, recovery and accelerated schedules. Attends site progress meetings (whenever requested by higher management). Coordinates and assists in conducting the site coordination meetings with subcontractors and suppliers. Communicates effectively and coordinates with the site team and other functions (procurement, engineering, cost control, etc.) to improve the time management of the project.
