Participate in a 12months learning programme in order to maximise individual and organizational development benefits through a execution of predefined training objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Workplace experiences: Attend and participate in all workplace experience against agreed developmental objectives.
- Learning: Attend and participate in all training and development interventions against agreed development objectives
- Ad-hoc duties: Provide support to customers and team as required to ensure team performance on an ongoing basis
- Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Between 18 and 30 years old
- Completed Matric
- Passed English 50%+; Second Additional Language 50%+ Maths/Maths Lit 50%+
- Not currently employed
- Not currently enrolled at a Higher Institution of Learning
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record
Required Education:
- National Diplomas / Advanced Certificates: Human Resources Management
Skills and Competencies:
- Computer literate
- Good command of the English language (able to read, write and speak English)
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated
- A team player
- Willing to learn
- Previous banking knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
