As the Kingdom rapidly evolves, another prominent global retail name joins the fray. An e-commerce company is set to enter Saudi Arabia, offering a seamless consumer experience at the touch of a screen. Our client is establishing a presence in the Kingdom, and is seeking a senior Arabic-speaking Lawyer with extensive experience in KSA to join, build, and grow their legal team.

Ideally, candidates will have 10+ years of legal experience, gained in well-regarded law firms and/or in-house teams, with a focus on the e-commerce industry within the Kingdom. Expertise in handling contractual and commercial matters, payment regulations, consumer protection, advertising, IP, and data protection laws is highly preferred. Proficiency in spoken Arabic is essential.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide legal guidance on Gulf region laws, especially KSA, advise on products/services, coordinate with external Lawyers, ensure compliance, draft/review legal documents, monitor legislation changes, manage legal risks, and offer insights on regulatory approaches.

Remuneration: Up to USD 250,000 tax-free + ex-pat benefits & bonus.
