Title:

Develop the Detailed Planning, for static equipment included in the turnaround scope .

Responsible for the planning function of the all approved static equipment jobs included in the turnaround scope. ï¼ Make a site visit to verify scope of work and location of the work, access needed, lifting requirement, insulation removal ï¼ Identify turnaround activities, estimate resources, durations, establish precedences, as the main input for the scheduling. ï¼ Identify needs of assisted access (scaffolding, man-lifter), insulation removal as preparative activities for the static equipment related works. Notify to the Scaffolding Planner ï¼ Identify flanged joints to be hot-bolting during the pre-turnaround phase; prepare hot-bolting plan ï¼ Prepare and identify the BOM ï¼ Can read the equipment drawing ï¼ Work closely with the execution contractor to ensure his complete familiarization and commitment with the turnaround plan, which will be a key factor for the sucess of the turnaound. ï¼ Prepare Work Instructions, Lifting Plans for the static equipment works under turnaround scope. ï¼ Identify critical lifting operations tor require a comprehensive rigging study. ï¼ Assembly the Work Packages .

Knowledge of the Oil and Gas Industry ï¼ Experience in turnaround planning practices. ï¼ Planning and performance management. ï¼ Communication and interpersonal skills ï¼ Data analysis and report writing skills ï¼ Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) ï¼ Proficient in Primavera ï¼ Proficient in verbal and written English. Minimum 5 years maintenance and turnaround experience in an oil and gas context with at least 3 yearâ experience in a turnaround planning role.
