Job Description

- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements
- Liaise and communicate the system requirements to the necessary audiences e.g. Business relationship manager, testers, developers, business analysts and provide ongoing feedback regarding system issues
- Support channels, Product Houses, Segment owners, other business units and Banks with queries on system
- Investigate, monitor and resolve system and business problems to completion by working with Business and Technology on operational issues and fixes
- Monitor and oversee the daily running of the various applications by adding, maintaining, and checking of data pertaining to systems under the areas control
- Support System Analyst to analyse the integrity of the system requirements and perform a risk assessment on each requirement and document, and maintain the set of system requirements together with the associated rationale, decisions and assumptions.
- Support with the review test plans, scripts and test results to ensure that the system delivered conforms to quality standards and system.
- Explore ways to constantly improve quality of existing services, processes and systems in order to be more efficient
- Management of Incidents and Problem records
- Explore ways to constantly improve quality of existing services, processes and systems in order to be more efficient
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
- Running of war rooms and feeding into the BRM
- Monitoring of Dashboards and taking action upon spikes
- Must be strong in both excel and Powerpoint
- Running of meetings and co ordination thereof from actions to be taken
- Good people skills and relationship building
- Self Managed and good at relationship building
- Provision of training on current systems as and when required.
