Job Decryption: Marketing Agency is looking to hire Sales Team Leader at the sales department,
preferable to have experience in the Marketing field.
Responsibilities:
• Manages and leads a team of 4 sales agents.
• Communicates company goals, and deadlines to the team.
• Motivates team members and assesses performance.
• Provides help to management, and keeps management updated on team performance.
• Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members
• Supports sales Director when the Head is absent.
• Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and
identifying areas for new training
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems and oversees team
member work for quality and guideline compliance
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering
customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

Benefit and Compensation:
• Fixed Salary Up to 6K
• Very competitive commission Starts from 5% up to 15%

قائد فريق المبيعات ليقود عدد مكون من
4
موظفين مبيعات و خلق روح تناقسيه بينهم.
المهام :
•
قيادة و ادارة
اربع موظفين مبيعات
•
الوصول الى اهداف الشركه و تحقيق المستهدف البيعي في الموعد المحدد
•
تحفيز فريق المبيعات و المساعده في تقييم آداءه
•
ابقاء ادارة المبيعات على اطلاع مستمر بأداء فريق المبيعات
•
ابقاء فريق المبيعات على اطلاع مستمر بسياسات الشركه و اخر التحديثات
•
تزويد مدير المبيعات ببيانات الحضور لكل موظف
•
تشجيع موظفي المبيعات للوصول لاهدا الشركه البيعيه و اكتشاف اسواق جديده
•
الاستماع لاسئلة الفريق و حل المشكلات المتعلقه بهم
•
الاستجابه الفائقه لاحتياجات العملاء و تحسين الفرص الجديده
