6. Following hour tracker file through the outages. Tool-Excel
7. Support SMs during outages in daily logistics communication with all assigned resources. Tool-Emails

10.Follow up the TDB docs, (FSRs submission ,signed SQCL ,One Drive access) Tool-One Drive.
