Overview of the role

The Sales supervisor is primarily responsible for achieving/exceeding the targeted of his branch to handling the team and supporting the team with following the process of or brand which its required from him 

 

What you will do

  • Mentor and coach new salespeople to help them reach their full potential, represent the dealership at industry events and functions.
  • Negotiating prices with customers
  • Managing the inventory of vehicles.
  • Preparing sales reports.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales target.
     

Required Skills to be successful

•    Strong knowledge of Sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology   

•    Previous Sales experience an advantage; Vehicles experience desired.

•    Quantitative and analytical skills and PC proficiency 

•    Negotiation & Customer Service Skills

 

About the Team

Reporting to Sales Manager, the role is an individual contributor and will be working in a busy EV showroom Sales environment
