Job Summary
  • Lead  the  Hajj & Umrah strategies that maintain high efficiency from these channels to contribute in Pre-Paid acquisition in Mobily (Voice & Data) effectively to achieve maximum
  • Manage the Hajj & Umrah sales channel and Partners Globally & look after day to day operations such as maintaining market stock level, marketing activities & brand awareness
  • Develop effective relationships and programmes with key government agencies, local and international tour operators, local service organisation supporting the sector with the goal of leveraging them to achieve maximum acquisition and revenue growth from Hajj & Umrah.
  • Design and implement an effective distribution network covering upstream and downstream channels to ensure profitable revenue growth and sales performance
  • Lead the effort collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop profitable product proposition tailored for the needs of the Pilgrims and ensure effective channel margins are in place for all new proposition
  • Institute measures to ensure effective cost of acquisition and cost to serve for Hajj & Umrah channel
  • Ensure on-going analysis of the various country specifics and work with Marketing to effectively target specific destinations that provide tidy ARPU and are profitable to acquire.
  • Direct the yearly development of granular demand forecasting based on expected product and customer needs.
  • Monitor & control Commission Budget expenditure and available fund for partner vendors
  • Establish local and international distribution partnership agreements with key accounts in order to maximize the sales of the different developed propositions, products and services.
  • Develop the segmentation program that defines the high performer International & Local Channel in terms of Activations, foot print and Availability globally.
  • Manage Hajj Season within the Kingdom serving more than 15 Million Pilgrims annually and offer them with Mobily Products & Services prior to their arrival to Saudi Arabia
  • Understand market information regarding competitors and industry trends to ensure that products maintain leadership for value and performance
  • n and operate effective processes which ensure maximum acquisition of pilgrims and generate revenue to contribute to Mobily.
  • Focus on acquisition through multi-channel approach by covering land, sea & air borders as well as  key hotspots and pilgrims hotel & accommodation
  • Execute, monitor and evaluate programs to improve and enhance revenue and performance of direct sales activity
  • Perform other duties as required by higher levels of supervision.

  • Oversee the overall performance of direct reports and ensure KPI’s are well communicated and monitored.
