One of the leading services and solutions provider at the forefront of transforming the global energy and industrial landscape in Saudi Arabia.
Role- Bidding Manager DescriptionManage the end-to-end bid process.Analyzing the tender document to understand the needs of the clients.Develop a strong working relationship with the client, and proponents.Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholders, typically engaging with Segment Leads, CFO on Finance, Commercial, Legal and Project Management.Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met.Liaising with Segment leads to agree bid details.Work with the Segment leads to develop a clear win strategy for each bid and ensure winning themes are clear and compelling.Preparing and understanding competitor landscape and other reference materials, to support Partner EcosystemUnderstand and resolve complex technical, strategic, and business issues.Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all products / services are included in the final price to the customer.Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document.Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as providing guidance around the executive summary).Ensure timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines.Ensuring that the bid is accurate and delivered on time.Manage the bid budget and monitor and report on overall performance against KPIs.Drive continuous improvement, through post-bid reviews, both internally and with customer.
Success will include.Win rate,Capture rate,Revenue secured,Bid margin,Retention rates,Bids submitted and achievement of internal SLAs.Requirements10 - 15 years' experience in the same role.Educational Level - bachelor's degree.Extensive experience with Oil & Gas - Saudi Aramco, EPC's, Etimad.Have extensive experience in prequalifying our inhouse service offerings with prospective clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, NEOM etc.Extensive Experience in leadership roles.Pls share your resume on darshana.mithbavkar@nesfircroft.com
