My client is a well-established global law firm with offices rapidly growing in Riyadh. As they expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Saudi National Corporate Lawyer to join the legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the success of the organisation and play a key role in our legal strategy. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer with a strong background in Saudi Arabian corporate law. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support to the business operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. As a key member of the legal team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of corporate legal matters, contracts, and agreements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal advice on corporate matters and transactions.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements.
3. Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
4. Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in the legal landscape.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide timely and effective legal support.
6. Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.
 
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
2. Admitted to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer, with a focus on Saudi Arabian corporate law.
4. Strong understanding of local business practices and cultural nuances.
5. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
