aG Resources is looking for an FP&A Analyst from the hospitality sector for our reputable client.
Location: Riyadh & Jeddah - KSA
Contract: 6 Months Extendable

Job Objective:
As an FP&A Analyst specializing in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hospitality finance, revenue management, and industry-specific metrics. This role will involve collaboration with various departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with business objectives and overall organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for the hospitality segment, including revenue forecasts, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance in the hospitality sector.
- Revenue Management and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR).
- Collaborate with revenue management teams to evaluate pricing strategies and optimize revenue streams.
- Forecasting and Performance Analysis:
- Prepare regular financial forecasts and variance analyses for the hospitality segment.
- Analyze financial performance against industry benchmarks, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Reporting and Presentation:
- Generate and present financial reports to senior management, summarizing key insights and trends in the hospitality segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile financial information for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Expense Management:
- Work closely with operational teams to manage and control costs within the hospitality segment.
- Provide insights into expense trends and support cost-saving initiatives.
- Ad-hoc Analysis and Strategic Initiatives:
- Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and participate in special projects as directed by senior management.
- Provide financial support for strategic initiatives and business development opportunities within the hospitality industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA or professional finance qualification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality finance principles, revenue management, and industry-specific metrics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling; and experience with hospitality-specific financial tools are advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
