Job Title:- Deburring and polishing Machinist

Location:- Saudi - Dammam

Role Summary:-

To perform Deburring and polishing activities

Essential Responsibilities:-

• Responsible to grind and buff the parts after completing the machining operation.
• Understand the part requirement and use appropriate grinding and buffing wheels to remove the sharp edges and burrs from the machined parts.
• Knowledge of API 6A products.
• Knowledge on buffing wheel grades and surface finish requirements.
• Wear appropriate PPE as per Safety requirement.
• Keep work area neat and in orderly condition.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Experience in Buffing and polishing of components.
• Experience in Using Pneumatic grinders, buffing wheels and emery sheets.
• Experience in understanding the surface roughness requirement and selecting appropriate grade abrasive material as per part surface finish requirement.
• Experience in Crane operation to handle the part.
• Expertise to work in Safe environment.
