Responsibilities & Qualifications

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is an independent agency established in 1934 to identify, protect, preserve, and make publicly available the historically valuable records of all three branches of the Federal Government. Team members on the NARA IT and Telecommunications Support Services (NITTSS) program are modernizing the enterprise by implementing a Zero-Trust security model, increasing cloud adoption, and replacing legacy technology with modern tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the point of contact for IT Quality Assurance Develops quality assurance plans, processes and procedures based on DoD and industry standards. Create and implement quality standards. Accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures. Analyze deficiencies in service or performance and recommend improvements to address problems. Implement defect reduction programs. Ensure milestones/goals are met. Review existing policies and standards to identify improvement potential. Produce timely reports and documentation to track production progress. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Perform pareto analysis of recurring issues Perform quality audits/checks and reviews client, customer, and user feedback. Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. Identify training requirements to improve quality. Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems while recommending and facilitating solutions to these issues. Ensure adequate quality and integrity of work developed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 10 years Quality Assurance Management Experience Experience setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Clearance: Must possess a Secret clearance We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team supporting NARA/NITTSS.
