Overview / Responsibilities: Wood is currently recruiting for an IT Technician based in AL Khobar, SA
  • Assist the IT Manager in all aspects of IT support both in office and remotely
  • Compile and update accurate tracking for all IT assets across all offices
  • Perform in office IT assurance and problem solving
  • Support site staff with remote IT assistance
  • Image new computers / laptops for new employees
  • Liaise with Kyndryl (Formally IBM) to ensure correct software and hardware configuration
  • Ensure all staff have the correct IT hardware and issue as required
  • Support the client as required by the respective contracts
  • Administer systems supported locally (telephone, security) Skills / Qualifications:
    • Technical IT degree, certification in IT support or relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook is required
    • Experience in Oracle system and SharePoint is a plus
    • Adherence to IT security policies
    • Excellent administrative skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Team oriented and results focused
    • Can do and proactive approach
    • Detail oriented and organized
