The British International School of Jeddah (BISJ), is recruiting a Head of Secondary Music to join the Secondary Section for the 24/25 Academic Year. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of teaching IB Diploma Programme or A-Level Music. Candidates must demonstrate a passion for their subject and the ability to support and motivate students across the age and ability range to develop a love of learning and to achieve high academic outcomes and musical competency.
The BISJ Secondary Section provides an exciting place to work, delivering a modified UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 3, followed by Cambridge IGCSE in Years 10 and 11, culminating in the IB Diploma Programme in Years 12 and 13. Academic outcomes and expectations are very high and students consistently outperform the IB worldwide points average.
