We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Vehicle Fleet Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cultivating relationships with corporate clients, and promoting our extensive lineup of fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the automotive or fleet industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High level of motivation, initiative and integrity

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our fleet vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to make informed sales decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis.
  • Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes
