WEAPONS LOAD TECHNICIAN Grade: 8 Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia JOB PURPOSE BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is committed to supporting the Saudi Arabian National Agenda including Saudisation and the training and development of Saudi National capability through the growth of the Saudi National Partner Companies thereby reinforcing Industrialisation and Partnerships. This function provides for academic and practical weapons training principles, certification, de-certification, proficiency loading, periodic evaluations and the maintenance of records JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Conduct practical and academic training courses for loading personnel and Integrated Combat Turnaround (ICT) participants. Act as the focal point for the ICT Program. Document load crew and ICT evaluations and maintain all records and status charts. Produce and maintain all relevant lesson plans and question banks. Develop a task assignment List (TAL) for each similar munition loading operation, including ICT. Evaluate a flight line operation monthly. Evaluate the Armament aspects of an End of Runway (EOR) process. Critique each load crew at the completion of the loading evaluation Maintain training munitions. Provide explosive safety, ICT and munition familiarization training to all personnel who require it. Develop and inspect tool control procedures and ensure that the training area is maintained in an outstanding manner at all times. Standardise the load crew tool kits for crews that perform the function. Supervise and coordinate weapons trials and demonstrations of weapon loading and related equipment new to the RSAF inventory. Interpret and implement weapon loading procedures, operational and maintenance policies, regulations and directives as applicable.

RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION Must have extensive practical experience on fast jet aircraft, including in kingdom with Tornado IDS. Knowledge of TSP upgraded systems preferable. Have an intimate understanding of explosive regulations and procedures. Ability to communicate well, both written and orally at all levels. Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve desired results, working individually and as part of a team. Must currently be a weapon load team crew member with at experience, with experience in the Man 1 position. Must hold a current Saudi drivers licence.
