Follow EHS&S rules, policies and expectations. . Follow TA Work Processes. . Provides cost update in all TA phases; pre, main, post activities . Develops TA cost plan / milestones. Sets and monitors cost KPI's. . Develops, implements, uses cost control tools and monitors all TA costs against TA cost plan and provide warnings on deviations. . Cost reporting - Develops and implements and accountable for TA. Weekly / Monthly cost reports with forecasts / accruals. . Provide TA cost prognoses and trends. . Identifies and implements TA cost leveraging and optimization opportunities . Assist TA manager in setting up various TA budgets. . Resolves any issues on TA costs internally and externally . Coaches planners to ensure consistency, completeness and accuracy of all planned jobs related to cost . Works closely with TA Contracts Engineer. . Organizes and lead TA cost feedback. Provides accurate feedback during critique meetings . Reviews add-on jobs for implementation consequences . Take part in gate reviews . Responsible for timesheet management, internally and externally. . Checks any cost estimates from contractors for accuracy and against the budget and plan. . Tracking service / material Purchase Orders. . Invoice verification as submitted by contractors / Vendors and SES tracking / monitoring . TA close out activities - WBS settlement / Final TA cost reports.
