- As a Sales Representative, your primary purpose is to drive sales growth and cultivate strong customer relationships within the region. You will be responsible for promoting our client’s extensive range of specialty chemicals and solutions to clients in the construction and manufacturing industries. This role is based in Durban and travel is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the large manufacturing and OEM industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to educate customers about products and applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, preferably within the large manufacturing and OEM industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
