We have an opportunity forField Service Engineer I to join Honeywell Building TechnologiesTeam in Riyadh KSA to to perform and provide counsel on expertemergency maintenance testing engineering programming designing andstartup technical support across any type of electrical ormechanical equipment systems and subsystems BMS FAS Access Controland CCTV (including software where applicable) from simple tomoderately complex in nature. Performs or provides counsel ondiagnosing and repairing equipment and systems (both hardware andsoftware) beyond the capability of other Servicetechnicians.


Field Service Engineer IResponsibilities

  • Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third partyequipment for BMSFireCCTV and Access Control System (as per tradeexpertise).
  • Determine equipment and accessoryneeds for implementation and inform FSS in time.
  • Carry out design works programming of HVAC controllersBMS Fire Panels Access Control Panels.
  • Install EBI prepare graphics and necessary programming works as perspecifications.
  • Ensure customer satisfactionthrough direct liaison with client representatives customers andservice recipients.
  • Cost and timeoptimization.
  • Support FSS or FSL for projectcost and progress reporting.
  • Analyze backwardcompletion of the projects with difficulties/mistakes met and makenecessary suggestion for organization tuningaccordingly.
  • Report possible future failuresdisturbances and other opportunities for improvement.
  • Estimate materials costs and quantities provide theinformation to the FSS or FSL and Service Sales.
  • Development and maintenance of sitespecificdocumentation and quality assurance information as instructed byteam leader.
  • Follow the Honeywell SOPs HSEand quality systems while delivering the periodic maintenanceservices as well as the execution of spot services andSLJs.
  • Achievement measurement and reportingof performance indicators and site service objectives.
  • Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks asper company policy and procedures.
  • Reportnear misses incidents and other opportunities forimprovement

Qualifications

  • Four year degree in engineering orprogramming.
  • 4 years experience servicing BMSFire Security or access entry and alarm systems.
  • Honeywell and Industry based advanced programmingskills
  • Strong fault finding skills
  • Excellent Honeywell product knowledge
