WarehouseStore Keeper

• Responsiblefor the safe keeping of all stock located within thewarehouse.

• Controls andmonitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures thatinventory items are available whenrequired.

• Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipment and safekeeping of all stock located within thewarehouses.
• Operates procedures for activitiessuch as verification of incoming to and outgoing from of equipment/ materials shipments from the warehouse.
• Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouseinventory current and accurate.
• Comparesdeliveries with specifications indicated on purchaseorders/contract document and prepares discrepancy reports for anyitem not in compliance.
• Using deliverydocumentation or delivery notes prepares items for dispatch toclients.
• Inspects physical condition of thestorage area materials and equipment.
• Inconjunction with the Financial Controller undertakes physicalinventories if required.
• Performs other dutiesas assigned to support other departments whenrequired.
• Works within the companys policiesobjectives and quality management system.
• Keeps the warehouse clean and presentable.
• Works closely with procurement department & financedepartment.
