Junior Merchandiser

Responsibilities of MISExecutives:
Develop and maintain daily weeklyand monthly operational analysis as it relates to sales stockefficiencies cycle time and quality.
Report onoperational metrics conduct data and business analysis and presentsummary of findings to management in a clear concise convincing andactionable format.
Create and maintain daily operationalscorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in sales forecastand capacity planning as needed.
Provide support andmaintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improvereporting efficiency and consistency.
Perform dataanalysis for generating reports on periodic basis. Generate bothperiodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Analyze businessinformation to identify process improvements for increasingbusiness efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate incrossfunctional meetings to discuss requirement and work onproviding information as needed.

Requirements of MIS Executives:
Bachelors degree and Analytical experience required.
Strong ability to analyze raw data draw conclusions anddevelop actionable recommendations.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills problemsolving andmanagement skills.
Ability to communicate with people ofvarious functions and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Oracle data base ER application Power BIQlick view Advance Excel VBA and MACRO.
35 years ofexperience in the Retail industry preferred.
