JobSummary:

Asa Presales for Microsoft Managed Services you will be responsiblefor supporting the sales team by providing technical expertiseensuring effective solution design and delivering compellingpresentations to potential clients. Utilizing your indepthknowledge of Microsoft technologies cloud services and managedservices you will play a key role in driving the growth of ourSupport & Managed Servicesbusiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratewith the sales team to define client requirements address technicalinquiries and advise on optimal solutions leveraging Microsofttechnologies and managedservices.
  • Conductindepth technical presentations demonstrations and workshops toeducate clients on the value proposition and benefits of ourSupport & ManagedServices.
  • Identifycustomer pain points gather technical requirements and performdetailed solution scoping and design to meet clientneeds.
  • Developcustomized client proposals and statements of work (SOWs) thatoutline the technical solution service timeline and the associatedcosts.
  • Workclosely with the delivery team to ensure smooth transition andhandover from presales to delivery maintaining a strongcommunication channel and effectively managing clientexpectations.
  • Stayuptodate with the latest Microsoft technologies certifications andindustry developments applying this knowledge to enhance salesstrategies and promote continuous improvement of our managedservices & supportofferings.

CertificationRequirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or InformationTechnology.
  • Azurecloud services Office 365 SharePoint Exchange and WindowsServer.
  • Microsoftcertifications such as MCSE or MCSA are highlydesirable.
Technicalskills
  • Provenexperience as a Presales or similar role with focus on Microsofttechnologies and other Infrastructure services is aplus.
  • Strongknowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies including butnot limited to Azure cloud services Office 365 SharePoint Exchangeand WindowsServer.
  • Solidunderstanding of managed services models service level agreements(SLAs) and ITIL bestpractices.
  • Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to articulate complextechnical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to bothtechnical and nontechnicalaudiences.
  • Strongpresentation and demonstration skills showcasing the value andbenefits of our Microsoft Managed Servicesofferings.
  • Abilityto work in a fastpaced dynamic environment managing multiple clientengagementssimultaneously.
  • Microsoftcertifications such as MCSE or MCSA are highlydesirable.

Candidate Experience To excel in this position, you will need to:Certification Requirements Bachelor s degree in businessadministration or equivalent. Technical Skills 2+ years ofexperience in supply chain / logistics / order fulfillment.Experience in IT industry, software and service delivery is plus.Previous experience in CRM/ERP systems, ex. Zoho CRM, Zoho Books.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Personal SkillsHigh sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner inwhat you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skillsBeing able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work totight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressfulsituation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent inArabic and English. Working Conditions Working on Weekends,Holidays or outside the business hours could berequired.
