KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• Actas first point of contact for a limited number of alternativeinvestment fund and corporate structures within ateam;
  
• Co-ordinatelegal, tax and other professionaladvice;
  
• Youwill build strong customer relationships with existing and newclients and other external parties, gaining insight into theirneeds and delivering customer-centric solutions also ensuring wemeet ourrequirements;
  
• Overseeclient board meetings and shareholdersmeetings;
  
• Actas a B level authorised signatory on the client bank accounts,ensuring that company policy and professional and regulatoryguidelines are adhered to and that a professional quality serviceis provided to clients and outsidecontacts;
  
• Bein charge of your team s profit and loss account, includingresponsibility for the working capital of yourclients;
  
• Superviseand assist in the training and development ofstaff;
  
• Participatein the appraisal process for members of
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strongunderstanding of Luxembourg corporate law and the relevantalternative investment fundregulations;
  
• 45 years alternative investment fund administration experience orsimilar, supported by a relevant professional qualification (ICSADiploma level or equivalent would be aplus);
  
• Ideallyexperience in coaching, supervising and supporting more junior teammembers;
  
• Ideallyhave an understanding of typical structures set up in Luxembourg tosupport investment opportunities in European real estate andinfrastructure;
  
• Havepreviously performed a variety of administrative companysecretarial, transfer agency and cash management related
