Votrer le et vos responsabilit s:


Encollaboration avec la direction de l entreprise, vous aurez pourmandat deffectuer la planification, lorganisation, la direction etle contr le de diff rents projets de ventilation et declimatisation lint rieur de budget et de d



Responsabilits:


  • Rencontrerles clients, d velopper des relationsdaffaires;
  • Grer les plans, devis et addenda et g rer les contrats syrattachant;
  • Coordonnerla mise en plan desprojets;
  • Coordonnerles travaux sur les chantiers et veiller la bonne ex cution desprojets en lien avec le calendrier g n ral de chacun deux ( chancier, besoins en main doeuvre, quipement requis,);
  • G rer lapprovisionnement : analyse des besoins, achats et livraisons,validation des listes de mat riel auchantier;
  • Travailleren troite collaboration avec les membres de l quipe, lesentrepreneurs, les professionnels, les clients, les employ s et lesfournisseurs, et veiller leur satisfaction g nrale;
  • Effectuerle suivi administratif, technique et des avis dechangements;
  • Effectuertoutes autres t ches compatibles avec vosfonctions;
  • Assurerla prise d appel de service avec entregent et esprit de


Pourtre embauch , vous devrez d montrer:


  • Baccalaurat en g nie m canique ou construction, DEC en m canique du btiment, ou autres formations pertinentesen gnie;
  • Minimumde 3 ann es d exp riencepertinente;
  • Capacitconcevoir des syst mes m caniques CVAC unatout;
  • Excellenteconnaissance de la lecture deplans;
  • Matrise de la suite MSOffice;
  • Lama trise du logiciel AutoCAD sera consid r comme tant unatout;
  • Excellenteconnaissance du fran ais tant parl qucrit;
  • Excellenteshabilet s interpersonnelles, de communication autant avec lesclients que les fournisseurs, les professionnels et toute autrepersonne impliqu e dans les
