• Organise,coordinate and control the execution of the mechanical works, bothperformed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring themanagement of the interfaces with all construction disciplines andengineering departments, overseeing the availability of theconstruction materials and equipment and verifying that works arecorrectly carried out in accordance with project documentation andschedule
  
• Ensurefull compliance with safety and quality standards andprocedures
  

• Supportsthe HSE Manager for the aspect falling within his area ofresponsibilities and for the preparation of the general HSEplan
  
• Ensures that all activitieswithin his area of responsibilities are done in full compliancewith the HSE requirements
  
• Activelycontributes to Safety Walk downs. In case of incidents contributesto investigations
  
• Verifies that theCommissioning & Start-up requirements are accounted in theengineering documents
  
• Takes part inproject planning &scheduling
  
• Reviews the Vendorsschedule and assignment, concerning the Commissioning, Start-up andtest run activities
  
• Follow-up ofcompletions and Commissioningactivities
  
• Issues progress reportswithin his area ofresponsibility
  
• Contributes to theplanning and scheduling of the job routines of the Maintenance Planof the project, assign resources, materials andlogistics
  
• Through his team,responsible of the Preventive Maintenance, Condition BasedMaintenance and CorrectiveMaintenance
  
• Coordinates Vendors atsite within his own operatingarea
  
• Approves work orders as perPermit to Work procedure to enable the execution of the scheduledworks
  
• Responsible for the correctimplementation of the mechanical isolation control through theBlinding and De-blindingRegister
  
• Takes lead in preparing itspersonnel through extensive training. Timely report any gaps thatneed to be bridged
  
• According toPlant feedbacks, optimizes Maintenance Plan, spare parts andmanpower
