JobDescription:

Parsons is looking foran amazingly talented Senior SiteProject Manager to join our team In this role you willbe responsible for the scope development scope management andcommercial performance of the project to meet project goals andobjectives.

WhatYoull Be Doing:

  • Scheduling and coordination of projectinteractions among existing and occupied facilities.

  • Ability to manageinterdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting laborcategories.

  • Ability tointegrate competing and/or conflicting elements into the planningand execution processes so that project requirements flow smoothly.

  • Experience and familiaritywith Federal and Local Government office building projects withprocedural requirements review requirements and approvalrequirements.

  • Mobilizescompany resources through liaison with support departments otheroffices or subsidiaries to create project teams capable ofcompleting effective quality work.

  • Discusses the qualifications required of the key projectpositions in specific detail with the profit center and departmentmanagers.

  • Collaborates with theoffice facilities staff to address project space requirements.

  • Acts as the Companyrepresentative with the client and selected subcontractors duringthe program execution.

What Required Skills YoullBring:

  • Overseesestablishment of Project Execution Plan Health and Safety PlanQuality Assurance/Quality Control Plan and other documents asrequired.

  • Establishes theprogram requirements for all areas of the project and monitors thedraft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.

  • Responsible for thedevelopment and distribution of a one to two page description ofthe project to all members of the project team for reference

What Desired Skills Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degreein Project Management or Civil Engineering relatedtechnical/business field

  • 15 years of related engineering managementexperience on large scale programs

  • Incumbent should have a broad general technicaland business background.

  • Professional registration may also be required.

  • Must have the ability tomanage projects interface with clients and enjoy being hands ontechnically in the project.

  • Our Project Managers still get very involved inthe designs on the project.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry standardsIncumbent must meet Parsons project management certificationrequirements.

  • Provenability to perform in a management capacity excellent written andoral communications
