KeyResponsibilities

ExecutiveAssistant will be responsible for managing the calendar of the CEOincluding travel and meeting arrangements, scheduling appointments& arranging corporate events. The ideal candidate shouldhave excellent oral and written communication skills and be able toorganize their work using tools, like MS Excel and officeequipment.



RequirementsSkills&Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree from an accrediteduniversity.
  • 8+years of hands-on Executive Assistant support experience isESSENTIAL.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH (50 words perminute)
  • Advancein MS Officetools.
  • Abilityto prioritize projects and timely completion ofassignments.
  • Excellentproblem-solving skills withoutassistance.
  • Detail-orientedwith excellent researchskills.
  • Abilityto handle a fast paceenvironment.
  • Teamplayer, flexible, adaptable to various cultures, and ability towork with longhours.




Job Skills Job Specifications Bachelor s or master s degree in tax,accounting, or finance Minimum 4-5 years experience inaccounting/finance Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiaritywith relevant accounting software Ability to speak effectively withcustomers, vendors and employees at all level within theorganization. Work with minimum supervision and able to work underpressure efficiently. Strong organizational skills. Attentive todetails. Energetic and self-starter.
