Job Summary

We are seeking a Forensic Auditor who will be assigned tothe Special Audits Division within our Internal Auditingorganization. You will be based in our corporate headquarters inDhahran Saudi Arabia.

The Special AuditsDivision conducts highly sensitive investigations into issuesinvolving fraud conflicts of interest waste and abuse to providemembers of the management and the Board of Directors with reportsanalyses recommendations and information concerning the activitiesreviewed. The Special Audits Division helps address fraud riskmanagement across the Company with programs of awareness policy andrisk consulting and proactive risk mitigation measures.

Under the direction of the Special Audits Manager you willconduct confidential investigations involving misconduct byemployees and contractors while seeking to identify and developrelevant facts. You will often direct the work of otherinvestigation team members lead by example communicate results tocorporate executives and mentor less experienced colleagues.Investigations are corporatewide complex and sensitive casesinvolving at times highranking employees.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or support timesensitiveinvestigations.
• Utilize data mining andanalytical techniques to identify potential fraud and gathercorroborating evidence for investigations.
• UseEnterprise Risk Management tools (e.g. SAP) to obtain datasupporting investigations.
• Conduct fraudawareness presentations throughout the company for various jobspecialties and management levels.
• Coordinatewith other fraudrelated stakeholder departments including CorporateSecurity Legal Personnel and Labor Relations.
• Draft timely investigative reports and orally communicateresults.
• Provide onthejob training andmentoring to less experienced staff.
• Workindependently as well as effectively within a team of experiencedprofessionals.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a bachelors and/ormasters degree in accounting finance human resources lawcriminology compliance computer science or a relatedfield.
• Have a minimum of ten years ofexperience in forensic accounting fraud investigation auditing lawenforcement compliance or a related field involving expertinterviewing and investigative techniques.
• Possess at least one professional certification such asCertified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Professional Certified Investigator(PCI) Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certified Information SystemsAuditor (CISA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communicationskills in English with solid presentation and interpersonalskills.
• Specialized experience in quicklyevaluating allegations of fraud abuse and conflicts of interest;utilizing effective investigative techniques to unravel and reportcomplicated schemes; and carefully analyzing facts and evidence toform evidencebased conclusions concerning violations of lawsregulations or company policies.
