TheMarketing Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in developingand executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies forthe organizations dual business lines within the HORECA (HotelsRestaurants Cafes) and Real Estate Development industries. Thisposition is responsible for creating integrated marketing campaignsenhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement acrossdiversechannels.

StrategicPlanning and CampaignDevelopment:

Develop andimplement marketing communication strategies that align with theobjectives of both the HORECA and Real Estate Development businesslines.

Plan and executeintegrated marketing campaigns encompassing digital marketingtraditional advertising public relations and social mediainitiatives.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brandingacross all communicationchannels.

BrandManagement:

Oversee branddevelopment and management for both business lines ensuring brandintegrity consistency and alignment with marketpositioning.

Develop brandguidelines and communication strategies to maintain a strong brandpresence in bothindustries.

Monitor markettrends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities forbranddifferentiation.

ContentCreation and MarketingCollateral:

Createcompelling and relevant content including marketing collateralwebsite content press releases and social media posts catering tothe unique needs of bothindustries.

Manage contentcalendars ensuring timely and consistent delivery of marketingmaterials.

Collaborate withdesign and creative teams to produce visually appealing andengagingcontent.

DigitalMarketing and OnlinePresence:

Drive digitalmarketing initiatives including SEO SEM email marketing and socialmedia campaigns tailored to the specific audiences of HORECA andReal EstateDevelopment.

Monitor websiteperformance and user engagement optimizing online presence toenhance brand visibility and customerexperience.

Utilize dataanalytics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketingstrategies and make datadrivendecisions.

PublicRelations and MediaManagement:

Cultivate andmaintain relationships with media outlets industry influencers andrelevant stakeholders in bothindustries.

Plan and executepublic relations campaigns press releases and media events toenhance brand exposure andreputation.

Manage crisiscommunication strategies and responses asneeded.

BudgetManagement:

Develop andmanage marketing communication budgets for both business linesensuring efficient allocation ofresources.

Monitor expensesand analyze ROI to optimize marketing spend and achievecosteffectiveresults.

TeamLeadership andDevelopment:

Lead a team ofmarketing professionals providing mentorship guidance andperformanceevaluations.

Foster acollaborative and innovative work environment that encouragesprofessional growth andcreativity.

StakeholderEngagement:

Collaborate withinternal stakeholders to align marketing communication strategieswith businessgoals.

Engage withexternal partners agencies and vendors to support marketinginitiatives.

Maintain opencommunication channels with senior management to provide regularupdates andinsights.


3.OperatingEnvironment:

Officebased rolewith occasional travel to HORECA establishments and real estatedevelopment sites. Extensive digital engagement and communicationwith internal and externalstakeholders.


4.Communication& WorkingRelationships:

Internal:

Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams including members from marketingsales operations and senior management to align marketingcommunication strategies with businessgoals.

Lead and mentorthe marketing team fostering a collaborative and innovative workenvironment.

Maintain opencommunication channels with senior management to provide regularupdates on marketing initiatives performance andinsights.

External:

Cultivate andmaintain relationships with external partners media outletsindustry influencers agencies and relevant stakeholders in bothHORECA and Real Estate Developmentindustries.

Collaborate withexternal vendors and service providers for marketing campaigns andinitiatives.

Represent theorganization at industry events conferences and networkingopportunities to enhance brand visibility and industryengagement.
