The Chief Operations Officer(COO) holds a pivotal role in revitalizing and expanding thecompanys operations with a strong focus on revenue improvement anddiversification. Reporting directly to the MD the COO isresponsible for overseeing all operational aspects strategicplanning and business development initiatives across theorganization. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proventrack record in driving growth optimizing operations andtransformingbusinesses.

StrategicPlanning and Execution:

Collaboratewith the MD and senior management to develop and executecomprehensive operational and growth strategies that align withrevenue enhancementgoals.

Defineand implement the organizations strategic plan ensuring alignmentwith the overall vision mission andobjectives.

Conductstrategic assessments and develop actionable plans to enhancemarket position competitive advantage and longtermsustainability.


RevenueEnhancement and Business Development:

Spearheadefforts to identify and capitalize on revenuegeneratingopportunities diversifying the organizations incomestreams.

Developand execute strategies for expanding existing business lines andexploring newventures.

Drivebusiness development initiatives to acquire new clients establishpartnerships and increaserevenue.


OperationalExcellence and Efficiency:

Implementbest practices and operational procedures to optimize processesreduce costs and enhance efficiency across all departments andregions.

Monitorand analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identifyopportunities for process improvement cost control and performanceoptimization.

Ensureconsistent delivery of highquality products and services across allHORECAestablishments.


TeamLeadership and Development:

Providestrong leadership guidance and mentorship to a team of seniormanagers including Operations Managers Marketing Manager BrandsManagers Catering Manager Food and Safety Manager and Supply Chain(SCM)Manager.

Fostera culture of high performance innovation and continuous improvementwithin the operationalteams.

Recruittrain and develop talent to align with organizational growthobjectives.


FinancialManagement and Budgeting:

Developand manage operational budgets closely monitoring financialperformance and cost controlmeasures.

Collaboratewith Finance teams to optimize financial strategies maximizerevenue and align with growthobjectives.

Prepareand present financial reports and analyses to senior management andthe Board ofDirectors.


CustomerSatisfaction and Experience:

Leadefforts to enhance customer satisfaction and experience aligningservice delivery with brand values and marketingstrategies.

Analyzecustomer feedback and market trends to drive improvements andinnovation in customerinteractions.

Collaboratewith marketing and brands teams to ensure a consistent andexceptional guestexperience.


ExternalEngagement and Partnerships:

Establishand nurture relationships with external partners suppliersinvestors and industry contacts to explore collaborationopportunities and revenuegrowth.

Representthe organization in external meetings industry events andconferences to enhance industry relationships and brandvisibility.


RegulatoryCompliance and Risk Management:

Ensurecompliance with relevant laws regulations and industrystandards.

Identifyand mitigate risks that may impact the organizations businessoperations reputation and financialperformance.

Stayabreast of industry trends changes in regulations and emergingmarketopporunities.

RequirementsQualificationsand Experience:

Bachelor s degree in business administration Hospitality Managementor a related field. MBApreferred.
10 years ofexecutivelevel experience in restaurant and hospitality operationsincluding oversight of multipleregions.
Proven track record indriving revenue growth operational excellence and strategicleadership.
