Senior Nurse Clinician

Our client is arenowned hospital that provides a wide range of direct and complexnursing care to Cardiac Care patients requiring advanced nursingskills for the Saudi Arabia location.

In this roleyou will be responsible for:

Participates inthe planning implementing and evaluating patient care conferencesand unitinservices.

Evaluatespatient care supplies/equipment and gives input to the chargenurse/supervisor

Serves as directclinical resource in the development review revisionand implementation of nursingpolicies andprocedures standardsof careand applicablemedicalorganizationpolicies.

Representsunit ordepartment oncommitteesspecial interestgroups andtaskforces.

Treatscustomers (guestspatients nursesphysicians andother employees)with courtesyrespect andcaringbehaviors.

Alwaysanswers apatient s calllight/bell evenif itis notan assignedpatient andalways takestheinitiative.

toassist thepatient.

Presentsa positive imageof the facilitythroughprofessionalappearance andbehavior.

Maintainsconfidentialityby choosingthe appropriatepersons timeand placefor patientrelateddiscussions.

Immediatelybrings abnormalfindings tothe attentionof theChargeNurse.

Supportsunitculture ofquality andsafety.

Assurespatientcomfortanddignitymeasuresduringtransportwithoutexception.

Frequentlychecks forand readsallcommunication/minutes.Work hoursare assignedto meetoperational needsof theassigned area.Hours mayinclude oncall.

RequirementsTobe considered for this opportunity you need to meet the followingcriteria:

3years International Diploma or bachelor s degree
5years minimum clinical nursingexperience
Minimum 2 yearsof experience in Cardiac CareUnit.
Currentlicensure asa professionalregisterednurse.
Completionof CardiacCare Courseor additionalyears experienceinstead of a formalcourse.
Fluentin spoken andwritten English.
SpokenArabicdesirable.
Anynationality canapply
