Job Title: Senior Engineer DataEngineering/Digitalization II

Job Summary:
The Senior Engineer Data Engineering/Digitalization IIis responsible for driving and implementing data engineering anddigitalization initiatives within an organization. This roleinvolves leveraging data technologies developing data pipelines andcreating digital solutions to enable datadriven decisionmaking andoptimize business processes. The Senior Engineer will collaboratewith crossfunctional teams provide technical expertise and lead thedevelopment of datadriven solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead anddrive data engineering and digitalization initiatives workingclosely with stakeholders to understand business requirements anddevelop innovative solutions.

• Design develop andimplement data pipelines data integration processes and datatransformation workflows to ensure efficient and accurate datacapture storage and analysis.

• Utilize data engineeringtools and technologies such as ETL frameworks data warehouses anddata lakes to enable datadriven decisionmaking and supportanalytics and reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with datascientists analysts and business stakeholders to identify dataneeds define data models and develop data structures that enableeffective data analysis and visualization.

• Develop and implementdata quality and data governance processes to ensure data accuracyconsistency and compliance with privacy and security regulations.

• Identify opportunitiesfor process automation and digitalization leveraging emergingtechnologies such as machine learning artificial intelligence androbotic process automation.

• Lead the development ofdigital solutions such as web applications dashboards and mobileapplications to enable realtime data monitoring and visualization.

• Collaborate with IT andinfrastructure teams to ensure the availability scalability andperformance of data engineering and digitalization systems andplatforms.

• Stay updatedwith industry trends emerging technologies and best practices indata engineering digitalization and data analytics and apply themto enhance datadriven capabilities within the organization.

• Provide technicalleadership and mentorship to junior engineers guiding them in thedevelopment and implementation of data engineering anddigitalization projects.

• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including data scientists software developersand project managers to ensure successful project delivery andalignment with business objectives.

• Conduct performanceevaluations provide feedback and identify training and developmentneeds for team members.

• Collaborate with externalvendors consultants and partners to leverage their expertise andresources for data engineering and digitalization projects.

• Ensure compliance withrelevant data privacy security and regulatory requirements in dataengineering and digitalization activities.

• Foster a culture ofinnovation continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within thedata engineering and digitalization team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceData Science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is aplus.
• Min 5 years of experience in dataengineering digitalization or a related field with a focus ondeveloping and implementing datadriven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data engineeringprinciples practices and technologies including ETL frameworks dataintegration and datamodeling.
