  • Manageproduction operations to ensure maximum equipment and personnelutilization
  • Manageproduct quality to ensure customer requirements and specificationsareattained
  • Manageroutine and preventative maintenance programs for the productionoperations to ensure efficientoperation
  • Manageall capital expenditures for maintenance and engineeringrequirements
  • Performother task asassigned
MinimumEducation

BSDegree (Agriculture, Management, Business, Engineering)ORequivalentexperience

Theenvironmental factors and physical requirements of this positioninclude thefollowing:

Ableto move freely throughout the Division facilities to includeclimbing vertical heights (0 - 150), exposure to extremetemperatures (0-100 Degrees Fahrenheit), humidity, (0 - 100%),noise (50db to 100db hearing protection required) and chemicals(MSDS sheets available). Required to travel to remote Divisionfacilities.
