Associate IT Technical Analyst JobCode

Basic Function

The Associate IT Technical Analyst is expected to develop andsupport technical solutions for it JHAHs catalog ofapplications.

Scope

Therequired skillsets include demonstrated knowledge and expertise inthe ability to develop technical requirements; designingconfiguring and prototyping applications; and as a developerreading and understanding functionalspecifications.

PrincipalDuties
  • Collectuser requirements ensuring solution is in line with scope of workand proper documentation is developed facilitating the systemmaintenance and support activities;
  • Assist inSAP development architecture software maintenance and systemadministration;
  • Work with subject matterexperts and other project team members to develop project scopehardware software requirements;
  • Assist withdesign development testing and delivery of SAPsolutions;
  • Participate in project plandevelopment; and
  • Ensure data integrity and beable to resolve any software vulnerabilities to improve and ensuresystemssecurity.
Education

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Computing / ITField.

Experience
  • Upto 5 years hands on experience with IT systems analysis programmingtesting and implementation;
  • Ability to developproject proposals plan and deliverables;
  • Ableto conduct User Acceptance testing;
  • Knowledgeof automated testing tools isdesirable;
  • Project management skills arerequired; and
  • Ensure timely resolution ofproduction issues to JHAHapplications.
Certifications/Otherrequirements asapplicable
  • SAPCertification is desirable;
  • Knowledge ofHealthcare environment is desirable;
  • Knowledgeof presentation tools like Visio Power Point isrequired;
  • Presentation skills are necessary;and
  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonalskills arerequired.
