As Head of Sales yourresponsibilities will be:

  1. Driving New businessdevelopment and lead generation
  2. Building strong relationships withkey clients and prospects
  3. Reportingon opportunities back into the business
  4. Quoting and securing work for yourregion


Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring quotable revenuetargets are met or exceeded
  • Devising the Strategy for drivingsales opportunity growth across thebusiness
  • Securing agreed conversionof rates to achieve revenuetargets
  • Analysing existingapproaches to the development of business and making changes whereappropriate
  • Implementing newbusiness initiatives across the business development teams
  • Working closely with the widerbusiness to generate new business within largeaccounts
  • Identifying salesopportunities as a result of marketchanges
  • Generating and setting upmeetings with prospective customers to sell the customers productsand services
  • Acting as a key contactfor regional client accounts
  • Forming strategic partnerships withother companies to leverage their existingnetworks
  • Negotiating sales contractswith clients ensuring the profitability of thecontract
  • Working with marketing andacross the business to devise marketing media and tools to supportnew business teams
  • Working closelywith the Operations team to make sure quotes given areachievable
  • Monitoringcompetitors and reviewing the company s offering considering anycompetitorsdevelopments
  • Monitorand analyse client satisfaction with existing clients to ensureservice delivery and review business developmentperformance
  • Report to business oncurrent level of performance and futureforecasts

Therole will involve travel nationwide, attending evening events andmay involve overnight stays inlodgings.

Salarymay be negotiable depending onexperience.
