Companyfrom the Oil & Gas industry is looking for candidates ofQuality ControlManager onboard aFPSOShipfor an offshore project for Ivory Coast.

MISSION:
Support the implementation of the Project Quality Management System(PQMS) activities within the project Supervise the project QualityControl (QC) activities Report to Project Quality Manager Projectinformation and data in line with Corporate Guidelines Act as focalpoint for quality control related matters within the project and inliaison with externalentities.


TASKS:

Support the Project Quality Manager in defining the Project QualityControl System and in identifying needed project QC plans and QCprocedures in accordance with the Company Quality Management System(QMS) Support the Project Quality Manager in planning/allocating QCSupervisor functions to the various area of the project, ensuringrelevant coordination onsite Support the Project Manager/ProjectQuality Manager in relations with the Client/Authoritiesresponsible for QC activities Ensure communication of all site QCmatters, by holding regular meetings with Subcontractors/Client andensure preparation of the Site QC Reporting Ensureapplication/updating of quality control plans for site workscarried out by Subcontractors and check relevant QC procedures,involving site construction management/Client Ensure Qualitycontrol management tool updating Verify that internal/subcontractedtests, controls, inspections are carried out and documented inaccordance with site Quality Control Plans, mechanical completionincluded Check completeness of inspection/control/test reports forconstruction activities and relevant compliance to specifiedrequirements, verifying that they are recorded, filed and traceableVerify, jointly with site construction management, that sitepersonnel/Subcontractor personnel hold valid QC Certificates andhave suitable equipment, promoting appropriate actions when neededEnsure application of the PQMS and site preparation/distribution ofthe project QC plans/procedures in accordance with the Company QMSSupport the Project Quality Manager in the preparation of qualitycontrol specifications for construction works, coordinating andagreeing checks by Technical Departments and Client Support theProject Quality Manager in conducting external assessments toVendors and Subcontractors Quality Control System Ensure, incompliance with Subsidiarys procedures, issue/filing of auditreports, including those relating to follow-up on agreed correctiveactions Ensure management of nonconformities including checkingthat responsible functions keep non-conforming products undercontrol Promote appropriate actions to prevent or eliminatepotential nonconformities and their causes Verifyset-up/preparation of the Quality section of the final dossier inaccordance to project requirements. In case of subcontractedactivities, verify that QC records are properly prepared/collectedEnsure knowledge/awareness of Quality requirements within theProject Team, also performing QC Training activities Collectproject QC data to be provided to Project Quality Manager, also inview of the Project Quality Management Review preparation Supportthe Project Quality Manager in the management of lesson learnedprocess Reports Project QC information/data to Project QualityManager by means of Corporatemethodologies/tools.
