Mission& Summary:
BusinessDevelopment Manager is responsible for acquiring newbusiness of residential
commercial properties. Thisinvolves determining rates, identifying key clients, infiltratingclient firm and identifying key stakeholders,
managingand preparing proposals and presentations, growing relations withclients. Developing sales strategies and growth plans
forthe department.


Responsibilities:

• -Identify partnershipopportunities.
  

-Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and helpthe company expand.
- Maintainexisting business.
- Closing dealsand generating revenue.
- Thinkcritically when planning to assure projectsuccess.
- Creating developmentplans and forecasting sales targets and growthprojections
- Identifying marketopportunities through meetings, networking, and otherchannels
- Meeting existing andpotential clients and building positiverelationships
- Liaising withcolleagues to develop sales and marketingstrategies

RequirementsQualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree or equivalentexperience.
  
• 4- 5 years prior industry-related business developmentexperience in RealEstate.
  
• Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills
