Job Title: SalesExecutive LCL Imports
JobLocation:Jeddah
DirectReporting: Sales ManagerNVOCC
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES
As a SalesExecutive you will be responsible for identifying new businessopportunities in order to generate revenue improve profitabilityand help the LCL Imports businessgrow.
- Improving the NVOCC importvolumes & ensuring the volume / revenue budget isachieved.
- Promoting and growing the companyNVOCC products & services.
- Visiting clients& also having joint sales visits with the Manager asneeded.
- Updating daily & weekly salesactivities.
- Attending weekly sales meetings todiscuss previous weeks activities & coming weeksplan.
- Monitoring & generating sales /coordinator monthly reports.
- Reporting to Salesmanager on teams requirement /support needed for theteam.
- Communicating with agents when escalationis required.
- Promoting the company name andvalues through marketingtools.
- Informing andeducating our customers on our rates regulations/proceduresregarding all aspects of ourbusiness.
- Coordinatingwith internal operations team to ensure proper service tocustomers.
- Following upwith customers / clients for outstanding paymentcollections.
- Joint visitswith Department Head with all key accounts on a monthlybasis.
- Identifyprospective clients and meet themregularly.
- Develop and maintain an effectiverelationship with existingcustomers.
- Onboarding new customers on amonthly basis.
- Fulfill sales targets as well asgrowth targets for volume and market share for SalesDepartment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum3 years sales experience in LCL / Freight is amust.
- Candidate mustpossess at least a bachelors degree Logistics / Economics orequivalent.
- Good knowledgeof international freight forwarding andlogistics.
- Goodcommunications presentation and negotiationskills.
- Excellent customerservice attitude andskills.
- A valid KSAdriving license is amust.
