Descriptiondes travaux ou des biens livrables:


Supporter le bureau de projetdes TI dans la mise en place de standards, d outils et techniquesmodernes de gestion de projets selon les méthodesAgiles.

Auditer les pratiques actuellesde gestion de projet et proposer desrecommandations;

Collaborer à larévision du cadre de gestion de projets et programmes etparticiper au développement et la mise en place du cadrerévisé en fonction des principes etméthodes Agiles;

Aider à la mise enplace de la méthodologie de gestion de projet Agilechoisie par le bureau de projet;

Collaborer à la miseen place de la pratique de gestion de lacapacité;

Adapter le modèle degouvernance pour l agilité et le déployerdans les projets etprogrammes;

Agir comme expert et coachAgile pour les équipes de projets enapprentissage;

Développer etdéployer les meilleures pratiques Agilesactuelles.

Profil
  • Cinq (5)années d expérience reconnue commegestionnaire de projets avec les méthodesAgiles.

  • Baccalauréat(Informatique, Gestion de projet, Génie logiciel,Génie informatique, Administration des affaires ou dansune discipline connexe) ou tout autre formation reconnue dans undomainepertinent.

  • Certification PMI-ACPunatout.

  • Détenirune certification Agile reconnue (PMI-ACP, Scrum master, etc.);

  • Connaissances duPMBOK et de la méthode de gestion axée surlesrésultats;

  • Connaissance desoutils Azure DevOps Boards ou Jira.

  • Outils,référentiels et méthodologiesreconnues en gestion de projets et de programmesAgile;

  • Indicateurs deperformancetypes;

  • Améliorationcontinue etLean;

  • Habiletésde communication et deprésentations;

  • Leadership etexpertise reconnue en méthodes Agiles;

  • Gestion de projetsPMI;

SALAIRE

Le salaire sera calculé sur labase du taux horaire moyen correspondant à votre profil.

Cinq (5) ann es d exprience reconnue comme gestionnaire de projets avec les m thodesAgiles.
