JobDescription:

  1. Responsiblefor receiving processing and verifying invoices related to accountspayables.
  2. Flag and clarify any unusual orquestionable invoice items or prices
  3. Researchand resolve invoice discrepancies andissues
  4. Post transactions to journals ledgersand other records in ERP system
  5. Set invoices upfor payment
  6. Prepare and process electronictransfers and payments
  7. Reconcile accountspayable transactions
  8. Correspond with vendorsand respond to inquiries
  9. Produce monthlyreports
  10. Prepare analysis ofaccounts
  11. Assist with month endclosing
  12. Provide supporting documentation foraudits
  13. Continuing to improve the paymentprocess
  14. Ensure the compliance of VATrules
  15. Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by themanagement
