Key Areas ofResponsibilities

• Keepsaccurate records of deliveries and customer authorization andensure all documentation is submitted to management on time.
• Loading Transporting and delivering items toclients or business in a safe timely manner
• Assisting with loading and unloading itemsfrom vehicles.
• Reviewing orders before andafter delivery to ensure that orders are complete the charges arecorrect the customer is satisfied.
• Providingexcellent customer service answering questions and handlingcomplaints from clients.
• May have to liftheavy products.
• Drives safely and follow alllaws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy workenvironment.
• Keeps company vehicle clean andensure it is wellmaintained has fuel oil and is ready to drive.
• Communicates with customers by phone to updatethem of time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes totheir estimated time of arrival.
• Maintainscommunication with management to be informed of any change ofdelivery route or schedule.
• Insure alldelivery equipment is available before leaving the designatedlocation.
