Responsibilities:

  • Asa Director youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helpingto solve complex business issues from strategy toexecution
  • You will lead endtoend strategy andoperations engagements focused on evaluating current stateidentifying future state opportunities and creating holistictransformation business cases
  • Lead crossfunctional internal and client teams across strategy andtransformation initiatives to develop and deliver endtoendsolutions
  • Developing yourself personally takinga keen interest in trends in the Power and Water Sector and theimpact on our clients so you can help shape their thinking and oursuccess in the market
  • Write and present winningproposals to support our clients operating in the wider area ofPower Water and Environment in the region on strategyoperational/quality improvement and costreduction
  • Supporting the development of newpropositions to help our client standardize how processes policiesand procedures and implemented in the most efficient and effectivemanner
  • Communicating solutions and newstrategies to clients through technical reports andpresentations
  • Working with colleagues in allMiddle Eastern offices on client work and internal initiatives aswell as with international teams where appropriate; and Keeping upto date with current trends from the region and from across theworld
  • Working to mentor and train other membersof the business unit and the project team in order to foster a highperformance team environment
  • Whilst working aspart of the team you will develop your understanding of the keythemes in the market and in the region
  • Youwill work collaboratively with other sector expertsto
    shape the future of our clients and to bring aboutpositive change
  • You will have access to all ofthe latest training and developmenttools

Qualifications:

  • 12years of relevant industry experience within a leading utility or 8years within a management consultancy offering strategy andtransformation services to the Power and Watersectors
  • Excellent organizational skills havingthe ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and beingable to cope well under pressure and meeting tightdeadlines
  • Proven IT skills in the followingprograms excel word and PowerPoint
  • The abilityand willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwidewhere the project requirements dictate
  • Exposureto data gathering techniques and analysis and reporting insights ina clear and effective way is desirable
  • Abilityto evaluate and manage our clients unique challenges in order toensure we can maximize their return on the overall investment inhumancapital
