What youll bedoing

  • Strategical:
  • Develop the businessplan of the Retail Recruitment Department in line with the Divisionobjectives and strategic objectives of Chalhoub
  • Formulate and communicate Retail Recruitment Departmentperformance objectives and continuously monitor progress andalignment towards strategic objectives
  • Managerial:
  • Oversee the operationsof the Retail Recruitment Department provide expertise encourageteamwork and facilitate related professional work processes inorder to achieve high performance standards and staff pride incontribution
  • Operational:
  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition function by ensuringthat:
  • Talent Acquisition process isfacilitated through the Applicant Tracking System
  • Recruiters attend Briefing Meetings within the correcttime frame
  • All requisitions are advertised onrelevant channels in an optimized format
  • Allapplications are reviewed screened and shortlisted within theSLA
  • All Talent Acquisition metrics are withindefined parameters including Time to Hire Hiring Manager feedbackand Agency usage.
  • Sourcing strategies andTalent Acquisition campaigns are well managed
  • All Recruiters are sharing relevant and correctinformation to candidates about the Group.
  • Accurate records are maintained by recruiters on DRIVEfor reporting purposes
  • High levels of HiringManager (HM) satisfaction measured via the HM satisfaction and theannual Support Services survey
  • A greatcandidate experience is provided
  • Recruiterusage on all tools is monitored and optimized: Applicant TrackingSystem Linked In and other job boards
  • Ad hocquality control checks on all operational aspects to ensureexcellent performance
  • Handle own portfolio ofpositions/job families and/or oversight on senior hiring
  • Collate review and submit on a monthly / annual basistotal positions launched and filled (internal external cancelled)filterable by recruiter business unit job family as well as dataaround overall Time to Hire Source Data agency usage &spend charge type and recruiter performance
  • Handle the monthly invoicing in a timely manner andupkeep billings records and business unit spends on a monthly andannual basis
  • Define measure and review theeffectiveness of assessment methodology through specificanalytics
  • Ensure the team is meeting definedSLAs / KPIs
  • Take ownership of assessmentmethodology and activities including effectiveness oftools
  • Participate in relevant projects andcommunity activities as and when needed
  • Keepabreast of market information and trends to ensure relevant talentis attracted
  • People Management:
  • Assign individual objectives for employee performancemanagement purposes manage performance empower staff and provideformal and informal feedback in order to support professionaldevelopment and maximize performance

What youll need to succeed

  • Bachelor DegreeCertificate.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experiencein talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience inbeauty or fashion industry.
  • Experience workingwith a diverse team and striving for fairness.
  • Previous experience seeking talent recruitment andassisting with onboarding processes
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicateprofessionally.
  • Proficient in using companysoftware and databases to connect with and reach out to potentialcandidates
