Environmental Engineer

Responsibilities:
Provide field service on machinery and system sales &support (maintenance, installation & commissioning& training, troubleshooting &repair)
Provide after-sales service for customers within agreed responsetime
Work with the service sales team to prepare service contracts orservice proposals tocustomers
Maintain a service history register for all relevant equipment tothe company s internal SSAsystem
Recommend appropriate spare parts and service proposals tocustomers with the objective of minimizing lead time fortrouble-shooting
Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully tocustomers concerns and addressing issues until customers aresatisfied
Update and maintain assigned machines per manufacturerspecifications
Maintain parts inventory, personal library of machine manuals,company-assigned laptop andtools

RequirementsHands-on and possess good knowledge and troubleshootingskills
Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical orMechatronics)
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in mechanical& electricaltroubleshooting
Knowledge of PLC programming & troubleshooting, or AutoCADexperience isadvantageous
Proficient in computer knowledge (MSOffice)
Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and able to workindependently
Must be customer-orientated and willing to takechallenges
Possesses Singapore Class 3 Drivers License, preferably with ownvehicle
