Responsibilities

To recruit,engage and launchBMs

To ensure thatBMs recruit, appoint and trainPFAs.

Conduct regularBM and PFA meetings and update them on new earning opportunitiesand enablementinitiatives.

Ensure BMs andPFAs are adequately trained by the training team for theJob.

To drive BMs& PFAs to achieve their earning goals thereby achieving thepersonal businesstargets.

To ensure leadsallocated from HO in SAMS are worked upon andupdated.

Protect existingcustomer base by engaging with them and keeping the policiespersistence.

To handlecomplaints of team, customers & ensure timely &properresolution.

Experience:

Minimum6 years work experience with 3-4 years experience in a sales teamhandling role in life insurance

RequirementsExperienceandPreferences:

• Minimum3-4 years experience in sale of life insuranceproducts
  
• Pastexperience in managing High Performing LI agents(MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/ClubsMembers)
  
• Experiencein managing and supervising teams of at least 3 to 5persons
  

FunctionalCompetencies:

• Abilityto impart knowledge in sourcing high profile distributors ofinsurance/financialproducts
  
• Abilityto impart skills on training their PFAs on insurance concepts,products and closure ofcalls
  
• Abilityto guide CBMs on financial concepts with special emphasis oninsuranceproducts
  
• Basicknowledge of computers and Microsoft Office(excel/word/ppt)
