Laundry Supervisor at DoubleTree by Hilton branch inMecca

- Formulateaction plans for branch to achieve company s targets and maximizereturn. Monitor and control all sales administrations issues(bookings, releasing, hold, invoicing, documentation, insurance,stock, logisticsetc.)
- Overseesdaily sales operations and activities of Branch (sales, admin,secretary and logistics) to facilitate sales outcomeachievement
- Controland follow up on daily, weekly reports such as test drives, democars, marketing reports and sales activities development to bereported to headoffice.
- Controlall documentation, stock, display, financial transactions (pettycash and collection) aspects in the branch to ensure operations asper policies andprocedures.
- Ensurethe company s and group policies, regulations, procedures andbusiness ethics codes are communicated and implemented within theteam to be aligned with vision, mission andvalues
- Communicatewith other internal dept. such as (finance, legal, HR, workshop,stores and etc.) to facilitate dailyoperations.
- Handlingcustomer s complaints with relevant parties as per standard to meetcompany s mission and values. Explore, establish, and maintainstrong relations with corporate businesses and SME s in area tocontribute to the company sgoals
