Design,prepare and deliver high quality lessons to suit the individualneeds of all students in line with the IBcurriculum
Planning,preparing and delivering instructional activities that support thephilosophy of the Early Childhood andReggio
Assessand monitor student progress and provide targets so that alllearners can see success andimprove
Conductassessments of student learning styles and use results forinstructionalactivities
Collaboratewith other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professionalknowledge
PlanUnits of Inquiry and lessons by following IB curriculum frameworkcollaboratively with the Pre-PrimaryCoordinator, Specialist teachers, and Head of theSchool
Createinquiry-based classrooms that develop critical thinking skills,knowledge and a range of skills within anenvironment based on trust andrespectPlanmore activity based learning which helps the student to learn thetopic quickly andeffectively
Planningof outdoor activities, games, role play and puppet activities foreffectivelearning
